Provendia is based in Lelekovice near Brno and we deliver our products and services throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Thanks to our external logistics and warehousing centres we are able to provide fast and reliable deliveries even abroad. Our products are manufactured with the utmost care and attention to quality. We use only natural ingredients without artificial additives. Our recipes are unique and are fine-tuned in our in-house laboratory according to our customers’ preferences.

Vending has been a part of my life for decades. In that time, I’ve gotten to know the industry from all sides, from day-to-day practice to strategic leadership. I have been there for its evolution, changes and important milestones. Experience, insight and a sense of the whole are key to me, as are the people I share the journey with.
I believe in the power of team. I know that no company is built on individuals, but on collaboration, respect and trust. That’s why I support my colleagues in all departments. Each of them is part of the whole that we create together. And that is where I see the greatest value that underpins our direction.


Martin Sedlacek
Executive Director
I have a responsibility to make sure that everything makes sense, economically, strategically and humanly. I manage the operations of the entire company, overseeing all departments and ensuring that our decisions lead to long-term stability and growth.
I coordinate processes, monitor results and communicate with key partners. My job is all about systems, foresight and the ability to stay on course in a rapidly changing environment. I believe in a team that knows where it’s going and work that has a clear goal.
Ivo Novák

Buying is about good timing, reliable relationships and a feel for what will be needed before it happens. I coordinate the entire purchasing department and am in contact with our suppliers on a daily basis.
I manage complex negotiations as well as very routine orders, because I know that it is often the details that make the difference. Today’s purchasing environment is not easy, but I enjoy all the more finding ways to keep things moving with quality, efficiency and clarity.


Roman Vasicek

Business for me is not just a discipline, but a way of thinking. I coordinate the entire sales department and create strategies that have a head, a heel and results. Every customer is different, which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Everything has to be tailored. Only then does it work.
