The Gaia is a semi-automatic beverage machine ideal for canteens, offices, and other places where customers prepare their own drinks or where they are served by staff with no barista experience. In addition to coffee, it can prepare chocolate or tea. It can have up to 3 trays. It can handle up to 150 coffees per day. The coffee machine has different models – Gaia Espresso for beans and Gaia Instant for instant coffee. It is controlled by 8 buttons on the backlit front panel or a 7-inch touchscreen with 8 backlit buttons. The display can also play videos to reduce the customer’s wait time for a drink. The preset and button selection can be changed.

Bianchi Talia automatic coffee machine
Semi-automatic coffee machine ideal for hotel breakfasts or offices. It is controlled by either a keypad with 12 backlit buttons or a 7" display with custom preset options. The dispensing area is illuminated, has a tilting cup holder, and a 170mm high cup dispensing area. The Talia can make coffee drinks with fresh milk (it has a 4-litre chilled milk reservoir). An audible signal notifies the customer when the dispensing is finished. The coffee machine has a large waste tank (2 litres of water and 40 capsule sediments). Payment systems can be installed.
